Learning, reflecting, and growing are the central activities that shape my life. They form my attitude and my values of trust, respect, curiosity, mindfulness, and professionalism. I acquired them in my many years of work as a specialist, manager, and project manager, and later as a consultant, trainer, and coach. During this time, I have become a generalist, convinced that today and in the future, we must perceive and consider connections much more than before in order to adequately deal with complexity and uncertainties.
The dynamic changes in almost all areas of life today create a high pressure to adapt or change, which is not easy for some to manage. Therefore, as a convinced and practicing lifelong learner, I am highly motivated to be a development facilitator and supporter for people in their crisis and conflict resolution, in their development as leaders, in their professional role changes, or in their search for a fulfilling life design in a partnership-based manner. Together, a process will be designed that is solution-oriented and resource-activating, focused on the agreed-upon goals.
