As a technical lead: remotely managed and assisted the daily work of multiple teams in parallel of at most 6 software engineers at a time, based in various locations and time zones (Europe/UK, India, US). Crafted solutions for end usability and implementation simplicity to ensure high quality, enhanced maintainability and operability.
