Responsible for the technical support and operational management of the MyWDP App, WDP's central digital customer portal. In this role, I formed the crucial link between the business, end-users (customers and partners), and the development team to ensure the platform's stability, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities and results:

Technical Application Management & Support: First point of contact for complex technical issues, data inconsistencies, and functional issues within the portal; proactive troubleshooting and incident resolution.

Data Integration & Monitoring: Monitoring data flows between backend systems (such as ERP/CRM) and the MyWDP App to ensure operational and financial property data was available in real-time and correctly for the customer.

Process Optimization & Change Management: Translating user feedback into concrete functional specifications for the development team. Guiding internal employees and customers in adopting new features within the app.

Release Management: Supporting testing (UAT) and deployment of new software updates and integrations, with minimal impact on operational continuity.

In this role, I was responsible for the end-to-end implementation, process optimization, and system integration of SAP Business ByDesign (Cloud ERP) at leading international organizations.

Key Projects & Achievements:

Cinionic (Part of Barco)

Role: Lead / Cloud ERP Consultant

Achievement: Successful implementation and rollout of SAP Business ByDesign within a complex, international high-tech and service-driven environment. The focus was on streamlining operational processes and aligning ERP standards with Barco's overall group structure.

Mediagenix

Role: ERP & Integration Consultant

Achievement: Functional and technical implementation of SAP Business ByDesign to operationally support Mediagenix's rapidly growing, project- and software-driven business. Central to this was optimizing financial flows and project tracking.

System Integrations via SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)

Role: Integration Engineer / Architect

Achievement: Designing, building, and maintaining robust interfaces and data flows with SAP CPI. Connecting SAP Business ByDesign with various external systems (such as CRM, e-commerce, and legacy applications) with the aim of eliminating manual data entry, ensuring data quality, and enabling real-time business tracking.

Core skills in this role:

Business Engineering: Translating complex business requirements into efficient, standard, or custom cloud ERP solutions.
