I support teams in optimizing their work. My tools are Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, Team Topologies, and a solid foundation of systemic approaches.

As a coach and trainer, but also hands-on in the team as a Scrum Master or developer, I don't give advice from the outside, but am part of the value creation.

I have worked in open and regulated environments such as publishing houses, banks and insurance companies, authorities, industrial organizations, and startups. I have been part of large teams with several dozen people, but also worked in small teams with a handful of people. Optimizing organizational structure, product architecture and design, as well as work processes is my specialty.

As a Professional Scrum Trainer (Scrum.org), Professional Kanban Trainer (ProKanban.org), member of iSAQB, and Team Topologies Advocate, I bring the theoretical background to be successful in practice.
