In the past 3 years, I've taken 2 digital products from zero to 1.0 go-live: an accounting SaaS platform (Kulcs Connect) and a computer vision solution for Siemens Industrial Edge. Both shipped on time with cross-functional teams of 5-6 (BE, FE, QA).

What I bring to your project:

End-to-end product ownership: backlog, sprint planning, stakeholder alignment, release coordination
Domain experience in fintech/billing, healthcare, and industrial IoT
Hands-on AI prototyping with Claude, Cursor, and n8n workflow automation -- I don't just write specs, I build working prototypes to validate ideas before committing dev resources
Scrum facilitation, including acting Scrum Master when needed
