I’m a Senior Project Manager with 25+ years of experience delivering complex technology programs across enterprise environments, and I’m currently focused on EMEA-aligned contract opportunities where strong execution, stakeholder leadership, and delivery discipline are critical.

In recent roles, I’ve led enterprise SaaS implementations at AMCS Group and complex mobile and integration programs at Royal Bank of Canada, managing cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders. I’m typically brought in to accelerate delivery momentum—whether that involves stabilizing challenged programs, aligning distributed stakeholders, or driving multi-stream initiatives through to successful completion.
