My objective is to ensure the achievement of pedagogical objectives and the success of your trainees, while optimizing the impact of your training.

🎓 Instructional Manager – Yyyours (freelance)

At Yyyours, I manage the entire training organization's pedagogical strategy with a rigorous, human-centered, and results-oriented approach.

🔹 Learner Support:

I ensure the smooth running of training programs, from onboarding to certification. I support each learner in their progress, ensuring the quality of the pedagogical experience and the achievement of professional goals.

🔹 Trainer Recruitment and Management:

I recruit expert professionals in their fields and support them in their training mission: onboarding, evaluation, feedback... I ensure a high level of rigor and pedagogical consistency within the team.

🔹 Franchisee Training:

I train franchisees joining the Yyyours network as instructional managers. The goal: to impart the organization's methods, tools, and quality requirements to ensure consistency across the entire network.
