Too often, finance remains something that is endured. Rarely understood. Never truly put to the service of the teams that need it most.

After 15 years in management control in demanding environments (FMCG, industry, tech), I wanted to change things on my own scale. I obtained the Professional Title of Adult Professional Trainer and became certified in Rainbow DISC to help teams, managers, and leaders embrace financial challenges, communicate better, and make more informed decisions.

In both training and consulting, I focus on three complementary areas:

- Finance for non-finance professionals: understanding performance, management, profitability, ROI. Concrete concepts grounded in your operational reality.

- DISC interpersonal communication: better self-understanding, improved collaboration, strengthened team cohesion.

- Storytelling and message impact: structuring your presentations, persuading, engaging.

What sets me apart: I'm not a trainer who learned finance from books. I've been a business partner to sales departments, managed international budgets, and built reporting tools from the ground up to the executive committee. I know what I'm talking about, and I know how to make it accessible. I also help SMEs and mid-sized companies structure their management control: simple, useful, and actionable tools.

My sessions are practical, interactive, and results-oriented. I adapt my formats to your audience: from operational managers to the executive committee.

Based in Lille, I work in France and Belgium, both in-person and remotely.
