I have over 15 years of experience managing SaaS and ERP platforms in demanding sectors like healthcare and education — environments where mistakes are costly and users don't forgive friction.

I have deployed AI agents in production — email triage, Jira automation, customer service bots on WhatsApp — and designed n8n flows that connect Google Suite, Zoho, Slack, and other tools in the stack without relying on anyone technical.
