I consulted Pépita Le Bescont for an on-site intervention for social media communication training, and I am delighted and thrilled with her service. From the start, she pointed out things that no other consultant I had spoken to had mentioned. This training was clear, precise, and effective. I particularly felt someone who did not hold back in her commitment, which in my opinion is very valuable. Being able to anticipate, raise questions or potential difficulties, and foresee future scenarios allows for a serene outlook. Furthermore, I found a conviviality in her that is not common among service providers. I want to congratulate her for this, as her friendliness, in addition to her competence, makes all the difference. Finally, at the end of this training day, her invitation to contact her with any questions or difficulties encountered with what we had just done truly confirmed that if I need to work with someone on social media in the future, it would be with her.
