Reporting to the Tech & Data Office of BPCE PS, as part of the Business Enabler mission for the Payment business's cross-functional information systems. Acting as PMO to manage the automation rationalization project (AVA) in collaboration with business departments (Operations & LCLF, Marketing, Customer Experience, Risk, etc.), BPCE SA technical experts, and internal RPA teams.

Main missions:

Structuring and managing the AVA project: scoping, planning, defining functional and technical roadmaps

Facilitating project and technical committees (RUN), coordinating IT/business stakeholders

RUN & BUILD budget monitoring via Clarity tool (annual budget: €500k)

Consolidating actions related to cost optimization programs (monitoring of average technical costs)

Regular reporting to other streams, preparing steering committee and project committee materials

Coordinating maintenance and incidents with cross-functional applications (via ServiceNow)

Rationalizing the robot fleet (UiPath), prioritizing use cases

Automating reports via Python/VBA for project indicator tracking

Structuring anomalies/problems via JIRA/Confluence

Technical environment: UiPath, Python, VBA, JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, ServiceNow

Functional environment: Payments, process automation, IT governance, budget management, multi-stakeholder coordination

Mission within the Client Implementation team at Amundi Technology, responsible for onboarding external clients (custodian banks) onto the ALTO Investment Compliance solution, as well as developing an internal regulatory watch platform for the custody control and Asset Management business units. International environment (FR/EN), cross-functional missions, product approach + AMOA.

Mission within the Risk and Recovery department, on several litigation file management projects (individuals and legal entities). Full involvement as IT AMOA: scoping, specifications, development team coordination, acceptance testing, and post-production monitoring.
