Implemented a dematerialized administrative process solution using a form generator and a case processing platform. This is a ready-to-use online application developed, hosted, and maintained by the inter-ministerial department, made available to all ministry departments. It is interconnected with numerous state services platforms, Carto API, Enterprise API, Geo API, etc.

Audited and refactored the project.

- Developed new modules (Payment: Sogenactif and Mercanet, SEPA), implemented WSTE interfaces (Web service energy transformation).

Migration of the environment and hosting from <>

- Implementation of development tools: GitLab, RubyMine, RVM, Redmine...

- Setup of the development environment: Created the development environment in a Template Virtual Machine, set up the testing, pre-production, staging, and production server environments.

- Migrated and transformed the Agilab technical team to the new environment: training on tools, training on development methodology and new procedures, workshops with the new environment.

- Migration of servers to ENGIE's IS at AWS: Architected redundant and flexible servers and services for expansion. Optimized hardware resources and improved service performance. Scaled the application by service and increased request capacity. Checked application flows for migration handover, managed server migration.

The IS tool <> was created as part of an internal project within ENGIE to replicate on a small scale all the necessary assets for launching and operating an offer, while maintaining agility for rapid adaptation and optimization, thus reducing the costs of launching a new offer.

- Happ’e (www.happ-e.fr), the first offer from this tool, an electricity sales contract.

- MyPower (https://landingpage.particuliers.engie.fr/my-power), a self-consumption offer for customers with an all-electric home that allows them to directly consume solar-generated energy for household needs (heating, lighting, appliances, hot water).

Audited a project with performance issues, debugged the application, and then deployed the project.

Developed a technical tool "Reeecyc'lab" that precisely assesses the recyclability of a device and identifies the best eco-design areas to develop. The application evaluates product components (material), the collection methodology, and calculates the recyclability rate as a result. The application is multi-language and developed from scratch.

Migration of production and pre-production platforms: Established the application server architecture, split the resource pool for different environments, and implemented application monitoring. Optimized the deployment procedure and created an ISO procedure for the 'dev/pre-prod/prod' environments. Audited and improved applications for the new environment, isolated and resized applications in different Ruby on Rails versions (2.1 to 4.2). Database Tuning (Mysql)
