I support NGOs, foundations, institutional donors, and social enterprises in transforming their funding and investment strategies, in a sector under budget pressure and undergoing significant change.

As a senior consultant in international development, I intervene where organizations need to secure their resources, diversify their funding, and strengthen the impact of their programs.

My expertise focuses on:

1. Funding and partnership strategy: financing plans, institutional funding (bilateral and multilateral public donors, international organizations), innovative funding (impact investing, venture philanthropy, commercial contracts), and public-private partnerships (companies, foundations, family offices).

2. Design of impact programs with a cross-cutting integration of gender equality.

3. Organizational strengthening: strategic structuring, team support, economic model hybridization.

I have over 10 years of experience within international and civil society organizations, notably at Groupe SOS, FIDH, ChildFund International, as well as with the European Union and the OECD.

I work on a project basis, in transition roles, or on a part-time basis, depending on needs.

I am also a co-founder and CEO of Bambin, a local social enterprise. This entrepreneurial experience grounds my approach in the practical, operational, and results-oriented. I don't come with ready-made solutions or jargon. I take the time to listen, understand the realities of organizations, and adapt to their priorities.
