I work best with teams that have a promising AI idea, fragile prototype, or under-specified automation project and need senior technical judgment before committing to a build.

Typical work includes CTO-level product and architecture reviews, MVP roadmaps, LLM/RAG system design, backend and frontend implementation, evals, guardrails, cost and reliability checks, and leading a small delivery team when needed.

Core stack: Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Postgres, Redis, OpenAI, Anthropic, vector search, and production ML systems.

Most engagements start with a focused technical review, then move into implementation only when the path is clear.
