About Pedro

After a consolidated career as a teacher and executive in all non-university educational stages, I discovered that education still has the capacity to surprise me. I have been a teacher, head of studies, founder, and director of schools; I have accompanied teams through times of growth, change, and the search for meaning. And yet, in recent years, I have felt something akin to starting over.

The emergence of artificial intelligence forced me (like many teachers) to re-evaluate my certainties. What began as a technical curiosity turned into a profound process of professional reinvention, which I now focus on consulting and teacher training. I don't just teach AI applied to the classroom: I help teachers overcome their fear, regain creativity, and integrate these tools without sacrificing the most valuable part of their work: human connection.

My experience as a tutor in official INTEF courses on AI in education, along with decades of work in educational innovation, has allowed me to understand what a faculty truly needs when facing technological transformation: clarity, support, ethical criteria, and a safe space to try, fail, and learn.

I currently combine my teaching role with managing innovation projects, training teachers, and developing my own initiatives like Pensamiento Aumentado (Augmented Thinking), where I explore how AI can serve a more human, critical, and conscious education. If I have learned anything, it is that technology never replaces a good teacher… but it can empower them when used meaningfully. That is the path that drives me: helping other teachers discover how AI can broaden their pedagogical perspective without losing their professional identity.
