I lead product strategy, discovery, and execution across our tenant screening and rental technology platform. I work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to build products that help landlords make better rental decisions while creating a simple, transparent experience for tenants.

My role covers product vision, roadmap definition, user research, UX, data-driven prioritization, and AI-powered product initiatives. I focus on solving real customer problems, balancing business impact with user experience, and scaling the product from early stage startup to a category leading proptech platform.

Led three products and two backend teams solving data-related problems for airlines. A big part of my job was working directly with airline customers (not just Lufthansa, but airlines around the world using Lufthansa Systems' products) to understand their operational challenges and solve them. Most of my work focused on modernizing our platform, reducing technical debt, and

delivering data products that solved real operational problems for airlines, from dispatchers on the ground to pilots in the cockpit.

Joined Almond as the 6th employee and first Product hire, helping build the product function in a fast-growing proptech scale-up. My role combined product strategy, hands-on building, and working closely with every team to understand operational bottlenecks and turn them into internal products that helped the business scale. I also worked directly with investors, presenting our technology, product roadmap, and operating model, and played a key role in supporting the company's fundraising efforts. Some of the products we built reduced property sourcing from 15 minutes to 45 seconds, centralized the acquisitions pipeline and cut the time to make an offer from 5 days to 2, while giving the team much better visibility over the funnel. I also introduced company-wide reporting and helped build a data driven product culture.
