Knowledge chatbot for a leading industrial company — In early 2025, led the technical coordination of a chatbot for the IT division of a leading industrial company, helping employees with corporate procedures and internal documentation through natural language queries. Defined the technical architecture and selected production-ready components aligned with the client's needs. Built around a RAG pipeline on a Qdrant vector database, orchestrated with LangChain and LangGraph, leveraging off-the-shelf LLMs to balance quality, latency and cost. Ran in parallel with — and complemented — the agentic AI work on Involy.

I worked as a Technical Lead for a leading Pharmaceutical company on multiple projects, ranging from performance optimisation to technical coordination of teams across different countries and time zones.

In the optimisation area, I assisted the company's management in identifying bottlenecks in their VMware infrastructure within a multi-tenant environment, specifically in the storage subsystem, by running multiple tests and demonstrating to the vendor that the IOPS provided by the system did not match the expected values outlined in the contract. In terms of application performance, I was responsible for devising a series of tests using JMeter to identify bottlenecks in critical business applications. As a technical coordinator, I was responsible for ensuring that the technical architectures for the different projects I worked on were aligned with the company standards, as well as assisting the teams in dimensioning and provisioning the IT components for their systems in critical parts of the business, such as the Enterprise Integration Hub (EIH).
