I'm a CFO with 20+ years leading finance, M&A and HR for an owner-led SME group. I help small and mid-sized companies grow profitably, professionalise their finance function, and prepare for or execute acquisitions.

As CFO and co-owner of a multi-sector SME group, I grew revenue from €5.8M to €19.5M (+233%), lifted gross margin from 53.8% to 62.5% and EBITDA margin from 10.6% to 13.3%, and increased net income 5.6x and equity 8.5x. I scaled the group from 4 to 16 branches and 73 to 230 staff, and led the acquisition and financial due diligence of a €1.7M industrial company through to post-merger integration.

I'm now building and running an AI-driven finance function, integrating AI into reporting and analysis with real ROI and proper governance.

The way I work: owner-level mindset, decisions based on numbers rather than gut feel, and a focus on turning finance into a driver of growth instead of just a reporting function. LD HOME LIVING (since June 2023)
• Strategic investment: led the financial management of expansion and restructuring; tangible fixed assets grew over 800% and total assets more than 6x, funded mainly through equity reinforcement.
• Operational growth: revenue up 38% since joining, expanding from 1 to 2 brands/locations (Rosal and Blaz) and doubling headcount from 5 to 9.

BOBIMOTORS (integrated March 2026)
• Led the negotiation and financial due diligence supporting the acquisition of an industrial maintenance company (€1.7M revenue, 15.6% EBITDA margin; net income more than doubled the year before the acquisition).
