    Within the Lead Generation team, I worked on the analysis of Evaneos' 11 markets/sites.

    The idea was to measure the performance of our key pages and understand the pain points of our users. The objective was therefore to generate more leads of better quality, increasing the value generated thereafter. My tools of choice were Google Analytics (360) & Content Square.

    This also implied a significant part of A/B Testing.
    Indeed, once the pain points have been identified, they must be prioritized and tested, and this also involves project management with the developers and the UX team.
