Product strategy consultant focused on digital identity and verification. I help enterprises, governments, and startups turn standards and regulation into shippable products, including EUDI Wallet readiness and credential-based flows (Verifiable Credentials, OpenID4VC), partner API integrations, and go-to-market strategies for trust and compliance-driven products.

Currently, I (1) run ID-entity Consulting where I support end-to-end delivery from discovery and prototyping to pilots and adoption playbooks, (2) serve as an External Expert for Slovakia’s National EUDI Wallet Certification Scheme at the National Security Authority of Slovakia, co-creating scheme documentation and internal certification procedures, translating eIDAS2 requirements into controls and evidence mapping, and reviewing scheme artifacts, and (3) co-founded and moderate the Digital Identity Forum (DIForum), where I drive practitioner discussions on what actually works across wallets, credentials, governance, and ecosystem adoption. I also publish weekly to bridge product, tech, business strategy, and digital identity.

I’m especially useful on identity verification workflows, background screening and credential exchange, verifier onboarding, ecosystem incentives, and operationalizing trust frameworks in real products. I use AI to increase productivity and quality through rapid research synthesis, workshop prep, meeting notes and action tracking, PRDs, stakeholder communications, and fast prototyping to validate ideas early and de-risk delivery.
