My background also includes experience in regulated banking (monitoring and operations for critical systems at ING Spain) and industrial 5G/telecom environments (monitoring, automation, and tooling at Telefónica Tech). These environments shaped a pragmatic approach to resilience, operational discipline, and change governance under pressure.
I use a structured OT self-assessment approach, the OT Gap-to-Roadmap Assessment (OGRA), aligned with ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82 Rev. 3, aimed at turning gaps into a prioritized, actionable roadmap (quick wins + longer-term architecture and governance improvements).
