Passionate about IT user support and self-taught for many years, I have always been considered the "IT support technician" in all the companies where I have worked.

I love passing on my skills to help others learn and especially knowing that I am very useful to those who have a little more difficulty using a computer in general. I am comfortable with the Office suite (Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook email and Publisher).

I am also willing to handle the technical issues you encounter in general on your computers and Android smartphones, or simply with getting started with your new digital tool.

I am a self-taught IT & mobile phone support with an approach based on listening, responsiveness and follow-up.
