Paul Tan Hoang

As an architect at Atelier Bruno Gaudin, I was involved in various stages of complex projects, from design to execution. I notably worked on projects such as the construction of a university building in Toulouse, the construction of the new Cité Administrative in Nantes, and the restoration of the facades of the Quadrilatère Richelieu at the BNF in Paris. My responsibilities included managing competitions, developing projects, and preparing technical and architectural documents for projects like the Laval Cultural Center and the Oval Hall project for Huawei. I also ensured monitoring and coordination on projects during the construction and sanitary diagnosis phases.

Architecture:

- Preparation of graphic documents for housing competitions (28 housing units in Cergy and 80 housing units in Bagnolet) and a Gymnasium competition

- Feasibility studies, volumetric and capacity studies concerning the Port Noisy sector of the ZAC durable de la Plaine de l'Ourcq (mixed programs of 40,000m² including a Water Sports Center, hotel, housing, and offices)

- Preparation of graphic documents for the Building Permit and Tender Documents phases (social housing and housing) Interior Architecture:

- Preparation of graphic and written documents for the Prior Declaration (interior restructuring and addition of an external elevator)

- Preparation of graphic and written documents for the Tender Documents phase (interior restructuring and addition of an external elevator)

- Documentation and archiving of recent timber constructions

- Writing announcements concerning events in the timber sector

- Organization of the editorial committee

- Preparation of technical details for upcoming issues

- Site visits of timber construction projects
