 Scoping of a product code renewal project, through several coordinated actions within all the Referencing IT Department applications (GCP, PIM, Meti Solution, Exposure, Stores, E-Commerce)

 Scoping of a software version upgrade project: Analysis of technical obsolescence, analysis of functional gaps, RACI definition, planning, costing, coordination with Network, Infrastructure, DBA, Meti Software PO/PPO, and publisher teams.

 Context: for SNCF Réseau, Application Manager for 2 software packages (work monitoring, data repository). 8 internal FTEs (1 PM, 5 developers, and 2 BAs), in relation with 1 PM, 2 POs, 2 client PPOs.

 Leading Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint, US Grooming, Demo, Review)

 Responsible for backlog monitoring (on JIRA and shared tools)

Project Management: team timesheet monitoring, leave, backup. Sprint costing and negotiation, team and project profitability monitoring). approx. €750k invoiced annually

 Participation in the annual project roadmap: technical obsolescence, application redesign

 Project monitoring through preparation of materials and presentation of COAP, CODO, Release planning,

 Remote work 2 days/week and 1 day at the client's site

 Context: For Boulanger Production, a subsidiary responsible for the design, production, and logistics of own-brand products (Essentiel b, Listo, Miogo, etc.), present in France and China, **responsible for the subsidiary's IT projects: evolutionary maintenance of the 2 major tools, launch of a new B2C site, decommissioning of an old tool, integration of a JIRA steering tool**.

 Product lead for purchasing (plume) and logistics (ella) software for Boulanger Production

 - definition of annual budget roadmap (€430k in 2021), reporting and management follow-up

- management of security projects: e.g., software plume version upgrade (€120k)

- scoping of numerous functional evolution projects with China/France business units (100 business units concerned).

- monitoring of technical and functional bugs and small evolutions: backlog prioritization on Jira
