Team Day 2026, Amt Mittelangeln, Schleswig-Holstein

As a facilitator, as part of my training, I designed the team day for the Amt Mittelangeln with two colleagues under the motto:

"Administer. Self-responsibly. Shape."

GOAL & CHALLENGE

To convey the abstract topic of self-responsibility, which is a central pillar in the mission statement of Amt Mittelangeln, to the entire administration team and thus create a positive foundation and openness for anchoring the topic more strongly structurally and culturally in the daily work of the office in the next step.

APPROACH

Design of an interactive and creative team day with around 45 employees of the office, during which the topic was explored from various perspectives, using different methods and on different levels – cognitive, emotional, and systemic.

RESULT

The topic of self-responsibility has been positively placed in the minds of all employees. The team knows personal perspectives of colleagues, understands where they stand together as a group and where opportunities and challenges lie. And they have collectively experienced how much positive energy the topic can unleash in interaction and for all stakeholder groups of the office.

Very positive feedback after the workshop was a nice confirmation that the concept worked – and that the new mission statement has moved a step further into implementation!

Preparation of students and doctors for exams (state examination, knowledge test) as well as expert lectures. I prepare both doctors and medical students for professional examinations in a lively, evidence-based manner and according to the latest medical findings. It is particularly important to me to address, support, and accompany each person individually on their personal journey!
