Key deliveries:

• Built and adapted a multi-project AI orchestrator workspace (custom MCP server with scope-aware security, token authorization) — single point of truth for all AI initiatives across the company.

• Delivered MailDesk v2.0 — internal portal for provisioning Zimbra email accounts via RT ticketing, in active production, used weekly by the IT team.

• Built Audisity — Windows desktop application for storage audit through granular scanning by file type (ZIP, JPG, PST, file age). Integrated licensing system for parallel commercial exploitation.

• Governance, audit and verification across all AI projects in the company. I step in when colleagues from DevOps, web design or coding get stuck on AI projects, and I align deliverables to IT department standards.

• Internal mentor for colleagues on AI usage.

Network administration for Camusat Holding — international group with ~15 subsidiaries across Romania, France, and other European countries.

Responsibilities:

• Multi-country Active Directory administration for ~15 subsidiaries (Romania, France, other EU countries).

• Zimbra email server administration via SSH and the Zimbra admin control panel.

• Virtualization with VMware ESXi and Hyper-V; Group Policy (GPO) configuration.

• Network security: Fortinet (firewall + VPN), Zabbix monitoring across local and subsidiary platforms.

• File systems monitoring across local and subsidiary infrastructure.

• Office 365 administration, VPN configuration, license allocation and management.

• Ticketing platform administration (user access management).

• Cloud services management and configuration.

• Procedures and local IT training for users and IT responsibles in subsidiaries.

B2B SaaS platform for instant PDF quotes — built end-to-end and solo. In production since March 2026.

What I built:

• Multi-tenant architecture: PHP + MySQL backend, Tailwind + Vanilla JS frontend, automated deployment.

• Two separate authenticated zones running on the same codebase, routed by hostname (Apache .htaccess): panel.instantino.ro for clients (manage incoming quote requests, statuses, internal comments, PDF downloads, CSV/XLSX exports, firm settings, branding) — and admin.instantino.ro for platform operations (client and plan management, AI forms approval queue, deploy automation, SEO audit, internal KPIs), protected by WebAuthn FIDO2.

• Integrations: Stripe Live, Auth0 SSO, WebAuthn FIDO2, mPDF, PHPMailer (SMTP + IMAP monitoring).

• Support for 6 languages (RO / EN / FR / DE / IT / ES) with programmatic SEO, dynamic sitemap, cross-domain hreflang.

• Onboarding wizard with automatic niche detection via AI and AI generator of custom forms for unknown niches, with admin approval queue.

• Custom MCP server in PHP with dedicated tools for local orchestration with Claude Code.

• Complete no-code form creation pipeline — 11 admin web tools that take a form from request to publication.

• Nexus Cockpit v2 — interactive terminal dashboard (Python + Textual) for live monitoring with SQLite event log.

• Custom cold email outreach module with automatic SMTP warm-up, account testing (DNS + RBL + Postmark + mail-tester), multi-language reply categorizer.

• Auto-publishing on Facebook + LinkedIn and multilingual AI video content for marketing.
