Within the Identification / Authentication team, I managed the following projects:

Orange implemented a program to optimize the internal lead times and costs of producing orange offer orders for large companies by automating the order taking, order tracking and production at the IT level. The program impacts a large part of Orange's IS, i.e. approximately 130 employees spread across 20 distinct applications and four SAFE trains.

In this context, I joined the program as co-director. The activities of the positions are varied and dependent on the needs of the program:

Quarterly validation:

- Coordination between the various ORANGE teams

- Calculation of loads
