As a mentor for about thirty web development learners, focusing on the "front-end" with React.js, I am responsible for individual student follow-up, leading a weekly workshop on specialized topics, and most importantly, being highly responsive to their technical issues with JavaScript, NPM, or Yarn, as well as React, and development tools like Git, Postman, VS-code, etc. I also share my personal professional experience to guide them on current best practices in the industry.

During my assignment, I set up the foundation for a multilingual SPA (Single Page App) web application using the React.js framework. After creating a scalable structure, I developed 3 "template" pages for the Dunforce development team to use as a working base and inspiration for components: a dashboard page, a listing page, and an editing page. I also conducted small training sessions for the developers on React.js and the implemented tools (Mobx, Typescript, Jest, i18next...), as well as on current best practices. I also took the opportunity to provide some UX improvement advice based on their existing application.

I learned a lot during my 3 years at inSolus. As a Full-stack Web Developer, I participated in the creation of numerous web applications (SPA or not) for various clients, using frameworks like Backbone.js, React.js, CakePHP, PHPUnit, etc. I also discovered the principles of clean code and Scrum and Agile methodologies, and developed a keen sense for UX issues.
