- Project management of the T2T2S platform project for the Correspondent Banking CBPR+ (Currencies) component, including new Swift message formats, new channels, and new processes: ensuring all key project stages (SFD, testing, deployment).

- Administration of the internal ETL translating management event reports (CRE) into financial flows to feed the accounting of clients and Natixis.

- Facilitation of accounting workshops for Natixis sub-participants for products offered by BPCE Payment Services (Mass flows (Instant Payments, SEPA, checks), Unit flows (CBK & Large Amounts)).

- RUN management: monitoring flows, coordinating business and IT for corrective actions if needed.

- Scoping, qualification, and drafting of financial requirements (expressions of need, user stories) regarding evolutions related to new standards or Business projects.

- Facilitation of testing and then implementation of processes.

- Training and change management support for operational managers and processes of the Administrative and Accounting Department.

- Management of flow and risk-based process projects.

- Participation in the creation of a Competency Center within the Performance Optimization Department.

- Functional administrator of the tool used to translate upstream sources into financial flows to feed the accounting ERP and management control reporting tool.

- Communication on project progress and priorities to project owners, users, management, and hierarchy.
