Under the direction of the Director of Transport Infrastructure, and in close collaboration with a Business Analyst Project Manager, I am responsible for 3 IT engineers and am in charge of:

- Organizing the complete redesign of the ORECA application (transport network management), developed in ZendFrameWork, to Symfony 4 and Rest web services communicating with other group applications.

- Managing the development team (task allocation, daily meeting organization, code reviews, test organization).

- Producing and monitoring functional documents (specifications, requirements documents, etc.).
