I led part of the creation and evolution of Crédit Agricole's Design System, from defining components to their integration into the group's digital products.

My role covered UI design on Figma, writing guidelines, coordinating with tech teams, and supporting designers to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency at scale.

This project allowed me to combine product vision, methodological rigor, and knowledge sharing, while directly contributing to the quality and uniformity of Crédit Agricole's interfaces.

As part of a project for the BNP Paribas group, I collaborated with an UX Researcher to design a reporting application for traders.

Project Objective

Create a robust and ergonomic tool capable of aggregating real-time financial data from Bloomberg and presenting it as data visualizations, while adhering to the usage standards of trading desks.

Tasks Performed

Requirements Gathering:

Facilitating and co-facilitating functional workshops with traders and business teams.

Identifying specific constraints related to real-time data, information density, and traders' consultation habits.

UI and Ergonomics Design:

Working on information architecture and data prioritization.

Designing pragmatic and clean UI interfaces, prioritizing readability and efficiency over aesthetics.

Implementing data visualization systems tailored to business needs: pivot tables, real-time charts, dynamic filters.

Specific Challenges

Adapting ergonomics to expert user profiles with specific expectations regarding reading speed and interaction.

Ensuring the consistency and reliability of displayed data in a context where decision-making relies on the tool.

Designing digital customer journeys, co-creation workshops, wireframing, creating high-fidelity mockups on Figma, strictly adhering to the Group's multi-channel graphic charter. Monitoring integration and participating in acceptance testing phases with product and tech teams. Project conducted in an agile environment with a high level of graphic and functional requirements.
