I offer a benevolent and empathetic listening space, intended to provide a moment of informal exchange and support. My sessions last between 30 minutes and 1 hour and are designed to allow everyone to speak freely about their emotions, their day, or personal situations in a trusting and non-judgmental environment.

It is important to specify that these sessions do not constitute therapy, psychological or medical follow-up, and in no way replace the advice or support of a health professional. My role is solely to share attentive listening, benevolence, and human support. I can offer simple advice based on my personal experience and active listening, but it never replaces the intervention of a specialist.

Each session is personalized according to the person's needs, and the goal is to create a safe and comforting moment, where one can feel heard and understood. I ensure that each exchange is respectful, confidential, and adapted to each person's pace.

These activities are part of a project under development on Malt and Fiverr, and are intended for anyone wishing to benefit from an empathetic and informal listening space, without pressure or judgment. The sessions are one-off and flexible, allowing everyone to choose the duration and format that suits them best.

The focus is on active listening, benevolence, and understanding, without any claim to provide professional or therapeutic follow-up. Clients can thus enjoy a moment of human and positive exchange, in complete safety and honesty.
