As Communication Manager at Freshmile, I am responsible for the company's brand image on social media and the internet. I design and deploy effective digital strategies to strengthen brand awareness, while creating engaging content and monitoring its performance.

I also organize internal and external events, managing their planning, logistics, and partnerships, to reflect the company's values. My role also includes internal communication, where I ensure team cohesion through creative materials and clear messaging.

In parallel, I handle the design and production of print materials (brochures, flyers, posters) as well as writing and distributing newsletters, to maintain regular and relevant contact with our stakeholders.

As Community Manager, I had complete responsibility for communication for two restaurants, a bar, and a hotel residence.

My role extended across several areas:

Social Media: I created and scheduled engaging and visual content, in line with the establishments' values and identity. I managed interactions with online communities to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Website: I was responsible for updating and optimizing the website, ensuring it always reflected the establishments' current news and attractive offers.

Print Media: From design to finalization, I developed brochures, posters, menus, and any other necessary promotional materials.

Event Management: I organized and coordinated events to energize the establishments and attract a diverse clientele. This ranged from themed evenings to private events and special offers.

It was a versatile, dynamic, and strategic role, combining creativity and organization.
