• • Project management from pre-event concept to creation: development of the annual event program, writing creative briefs (pop-ups, in-store activations, press & influencer evenings, workshops, masterclasses).

• • Operational management on the day: detailed planning, on-site supervision, VIP reception & hospitality (guest lists, invitations & RSVPs, customer experience).

• • Post-event reporting: tracking of provisional budgets (up to €600K), KPIs, regular reporting to management, post-event CRM follow-up.

• • Partnership & cross-functional communication management: selection and coordination of partner agencies, identification and negotiation of strategic partners, deployment in coordination with marketing, communication, retail teams and international subsidiaries (6 subsidiaries, 25 markets).

• • Production of the Amundi World Investment Forum 2023: 1000 participants over 2 days at the Carrousel du Louvre: program design, production agency brief, planning, complete logistical coordination, budget monitoring.

• • Management of international guests: invitations/RSVPs, reception of delegations (Europe, US, Asia), on-site coordination and key account relationship management.

• • Cross-functional communication: coordination with internal teams for message and content consistency throughout the event.

• • Event management: launch of B.Talks and national tour (10 agencies, 50 to 100 participants/city): logistical coordination, service provider monitoring, and speaker management.

• • Production of communication materials: videos, presentations, internal newsletters.
