Reporting to the Watier and Marcelle brands:

- Development of the 5-year innovation plan for both brands

- Development of the marketing mix (formula, claims, packaging, and price)

- Creation of presentations for the executive committee

- Creation of formula briefs for the R&D department, testing and selection of final formulas

- Creation of packaging briefs, sourcing management with suppliers, and selection of final packaging

- Monitoring of various laboratory, clinical, and consumer tests

Within the Douglas - Nocibé Collection department:

- Launch of the Beautiful Stories fragrance collection (4 natural fragrances), the Everglow Lip Balm, the Day & Night Lip Balm & Mask, relaunch of lip liners, and extension of nail polish shades

- Development of the marketing strategy and launch plans

- Development of the marketing mix (formula, claims, packaging, and price)

- Creation of briefs for full-service suppliers and selection of formulas, packaging, and shades

- Creation of artwork for primary and secondary packaging

- Organization and coordination of presentations for international markets

Reporting to the Lip franchises (Rouge Allure, Rouge Coco) and Le Vernis:

- Monitoring of Rouge Coco Bloom and Rouge Allure Velvet Le Lion developments

- Development of presentations for markets

- Creation of artwork for primary and secondary packaging

- Development of 360° campaign assets (samples, tutorials...)

- Competitive intelligence and sell-in/sell-out analysis of launches
