- Association PatriarchieDirector and ADCULTUREMay 2021 - Today (5 years and 1 month)Grenoble, FranceIn May 2021 I founded the association Patriarchie of which I am the Director, this association from Grenoble mixes activism and humor to raise awareness and democratize as many people as possible to the major social and contemporary issues in a playful way. Arts, culture, education and strong feminist values. We organized mixed workshops, tattoo, twerk, cuttings or a visit to the cemetery. I am in charge of a team of 6 members and about ten volunteers. In 18 months we organized about fifteen workshops, with about ten collaborators and received more than 300 people.I research, prepare and present each workshop before co-animating itI act as curator of the exhibition "Patriarchie Magazine" the traveling exhibition winner of the Youth Prize for Equality of the House for Equality.I am in charge of the communication and artistic direction of the association, which I represented during appearances in the media (tv/ radio/ print media)The association now has nearly 90 members, 3000 subscribers on instagram, and more than 100 monthly visits to its website.We also organize events to raise funds, nearly €700 for Solidarité Femmes Milena, and recently nearly €400 in one week for the Planning Familial 38.
- Chik MagazineArtistic and publications director, media project managerPRESS AND MEDIANovember 2020 - November 2021 (1 year)Grenoble, FranceChik Magazine is a bilingual French/English Ivorian print and web media aimed at a targeted local population, as well as international Afro-descendants eager to read news from an innovative and affluent West Africa. My mission was the overall management of the relaunch, and the development of the next issue of Chik Magazine. Full of ideas, I proposed a new editorial line, inspired by the social and cultural movements of the moment, without forgetting the directives of my client, a more hi-tech axis to attract a more masculine audience and always a visually polished content that mixes art, fashion and local innovations, the recipe for the success of the magazine, already comprising 3 issues. Organized, conducted and wrote several interviews (French/English) of international personalities, prospected and established contact with various influencers, artisans and creators.I was also in charge of the artistic direction of the issue, respecting a graphic charter and strong brand values, it was a question of renewing and proposing a new line for Chik Magazine. My last mission was to imagine, design and lay out a magazine of about fifty pagesI was also in charge of setting up a web communication campaign to promote the relaunch of the magazine and its social networks, which had remained dormant for several months. Under the supervision of Penda, I learned to discover a new industry with its codes, its collaborators, but also other practices by working side by side with a team of writers in Côte d'Ivoire. - Roche Diabetes CareContent marketing project managerHEALTH AND WELLNESSApril 2019 - October 2019 (6 months)Montbonnot-Saint-Martin, FranceWithin Roche for a period of 6 months I came to strengthen the digital team, in order among other things, to support them in the implementation of new business models, including positioning around telemedicine.In charge of the management and updating of the content of web platforms (2 CMS websites under Drupal, as well as social networks FB and IG), I have notably developed a cross-platform communication campaign to inform the various prospects of these changes. In particular around the creation of a microsite (house design) at the heart of this campaign. I also led the delicate implementation of a new strategy on social networks in the face of the GDPR, in an extremely regulated industry.
