With a varied experience ranging from the organization of international events to the management of digital projects, I combine a strategic approach with a strong operational grounding. As a project manager, I have led missions for prestigious clients such as LVMH, L'Oréal, Huawei and Bpifrance.     As part of the Anacofi annual convention, I coordinated the entire event, from the selection of service providers to the management of partners. My main objective was to ensure the smooth running of the event and maximize the visibility of the partners present.

    • Event management : coordination of the installation of stands and animation throughout the convention (56 stands, 2 days) + closing party on a barge.
    • Management of suppliers and service providers : on-site staff, caterers, furniture supplies, transport, security, audiovisual and venue management
    • Transport and travel logistics: organization of transport for speakers and special guests, including the management of schedules, itineraries and transport reservations (cars, shuttles, etc.).
    • Creation and distribution of communication materials : development of visuals and promotional documents to inform and attract participants + visuals of the various stands (banner)
    • Real-time monitoring of the event : management of the smooth running of on-site activities (workshops, conferences, guest reception), with real-time coordination to resolve any unforeseen situation.
    • Supervision of technical aspects: verification of the installation of technical equipment necessary for conferences, presentations and workshops (sound, lighting, video projectors, etc.).
    • Management of badges and registrations: coordination of participant registrations for the event, creation and distribution of access badges, and management of arrival flows to ensure a smooth welcome.
