As part of optimizing accounting management processes, the company wanted an integrated tool to facilitate budget preparation and the N+1 workload plan. The objective was to consolidate the management of fees and forecast workload within the same environment, directly linked to existing profitability indicators.

🎯 Mission Objective

Design a solution for declaring fees and the forecast workload budget for the N+1 fiscal year across all active accounting missions, while maintaining a seamless link with existing Power BI reports.

- Design and integration of a Power Apps application embedded directly within Power BI, to remain within the same user environment.

- Line-by-line entry of accounting missions with the option to set a "Draft" or "Validated" status, to facilitate review, adjustments, and budget approval.

- Unified workflow within the Power BI environment.

- Direct data entry into profitability reports.

- Improved budget management and workload plan validation.

The company wanted to centralize all internal information to facilitate employee access to resources:

- Presentation of teams and business units,

- Documentation, tutorials, and internal procedures,

- Repository of software used.

This initiative also aimed to improve the onboarding of new employees and strengthen knowledge sharing between departments.

Design a modern and structured SharePoint intranet allowing employees to easily find essential information for their work and onboarding.

- Creation of a SharePoint intranet federating key company information (teams, resources, tools, internal news).

- Content structuring to simplify navigation and information retrieval.

- Integration of links to existing collaborative tools (Teams, Power Apps, internal documentation).

- Centralized platform accessible to all employees.

The company Ouest-France wanted to digitize the process of sending intervention requests to the Building department, in order to:

- Centralize all requests in one tool,

- Simplify data entry and tracking for employees,

- Streamline communication between users and the Building department.

Design an intuitive Power Apps application allowing all employees to create, track, and manage their intervention requests, while facilitating coordination and processing of requests by the Building department.

- Development of a Power Apps Canvas application open to all employees for quick submission of intervention requests, with the ability to add photos.

- Creation of a dedicated tracking interface for the Building department, including a pipeline view to visualize the progress of requests at a glance.

- Implementation of an automated notification system (via Power Automate) upon status changes, to ensure smooth communication between requesters and the concerned department.
