As an Art Director at Veepee, I was responsible for the conception and execution of photoshoots for numerous brands (Mac, Puma, Birkenstock, Crocs, Longchamp, Repetto, etc.).
From creative idea research to mood boards, from brand presentation to production, from model selection to set design, including styling & makeup recommendations, from objective photoshoot execution to PPM, from presence on set to retouching, ... From an imagined story to a realized story.
My experience as a Creation Manager of a Designer team (also at Veepee) has refined my sense of organization and management. I learned to "know how to say" and "know how to listen" in order to create collaborations based on exchange and trust. I had to establish a work framework, enforce deadlines and budgets (often tight) while ensuring the brand's DNA. I was also responsible for the creative guidelines for the children's, beauty, accessory, and sports sectors.
