I have over 8 years of experience in Organization Consulting, with a specialization in the hospital health sector.
As a senior consultant at Capgemini Consulting, for over 4 years, I participated in and led several financial recovery missions in hospitals in the 93 department (audit phases then change management: reduction in the number of beds and length of stay, strengthening city/hospital links, optimization of patient pathways, etc.).
I also participated in other managerial Change Management missions for the La Poste and Elior groups.
During my last mission as a self-entrepreneur for Boston Scientific UK, I managed to mobilize an entire cardiology department to co-construct a plan for optimizing and developing their outpatient activity, after 3 previous failures before my arrival.
