Hi, I’m Pauline. I’m half German and half Belgian but grew up in England so I’m fortunate enough to be fluent in three languages and also have a working knowledge of Spanish. My childhood required me to adapt to multiple cultures so I have developed a real strength in connecting with people and showing empathy towards them. This led me to pursue an early career in teaching overseas (Guatemala and Madrid) and in the UK, where I have excelled in creating supportive and safe environments and bringing out the potential in children.

I’m now ready for a new chapter in my career and would love to find a rewarding role in the luxury travel or hospitality industry. As a child my family travelled widely across different continents and we immersed ourselves in the different cultures of each country we visited. This inspired me to move to Guatemala for a year where I lived in a small community teaching children and working on women empowerment projects.

• Led Montessori classrooms of 20+ pupils ( 3 to 6 years old), firstly in Guatemala for 7 months and then in Madrid for 3 months.
• Co-designed with one other teacher weekly development plans for each child, observing the cause and effects of the child's behaviour and identifying an appropriate action plan, resulting in the child's increase in self awareness.
• Managed classroom materials and resources, ensuring a well-organised and stimulating environment for children.

• Monitored all media on a weekly basis, collating data in an Excel spreadsheet and presenting a written summary of global coverage and key recommendations to improve brand reputation.
• Implemented and managed the logistics for product shipments to celebrities and influencers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to maximise brand visibility.
• Collaborated with the creative team on product photo shoots for the official website, supporting all stages of production from planning to execution.
