After many years as a manager at Nestlé, I became General Manager at GO4HUMAN® and also offer my expertise through the MALT platform.

I am a consultant on organizational and strategic HR topics, specializing in change management. But I am also a certified professional coach, a facilitator in collective intelligence, and a trainer on managerial and operational topics. In short, I can be summarized as an "expert in people in business" 
