Independent consultant specializing in energy and environmental regulations, I assist professionals in understanding, interpreting, and applying regulatory obligations, particularly the tertiary decree, the BACS decree, RGE requirements, the CEE schemes, and environmental regulations in a broad sense.

My positioning is primarily legal and educational. I translate complex texts (decrees, orders, frameworks, standards) into clear, structured, and actionable content, enabling my clients to better understand their obligations, secure their practices, and structure their regulatory compliance.

My goal is to make regulations readable, understandable, and operational, even for non-expert audiences, while maintaining the necessary legal rigor.
