I am a Network & Security Engineer and Web Developer, passionate about solving complex technical problems. I have several years of experience in IT management and am accustomed to working with external clients to resolve their diverse technical issues.

50% of my tasks involve developing technical solutions, often in Python or PHP for features or automation scripts.

As an engineer, I have a wide range of skills, and I would say one of my greatest strengths is finding the right solution or information that meets the client's needs, and implementing it.

My work methodology is based on analyzing client needs, defining appropriate solutions, and implementing the means to achieve set objectives. I am always attentive to my clients and strive to provide them with quality service, while ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

I work either with monthly IT management contracts or ticket support packages. For more specific projects, a quote is provided.

My process is as follows:

Quote creation => Quote acceptance => Mission completed => Payment is made once the client is 100% satisfied.
