In this project, a modern, modularly structured website was conceived and implemented for the Chemnitz Diaper Service. The goal was to clearly structure a sustainable service concept, present it in a user-friendly way, and at the same time create the basis for a scalable franchise model.

The website was developed as a responsive system with reusable components. Key content such as feature grids, detail sections, product descriptions, and call-to-action areas were built modularly to allow for easy maintenance and future expansion. Special focus was placed on clear information hierarchy, short text blocks, and visually guided user navigation.

For product presentation, structured info blocks and consistent text formats were developed that clearly and understandably present complex content (e.g., cloth diaper systems, accessories, service processes). Icons, images, and typography follow a uniform design system and support quick orientation.

A significant part of the project is the integration of a separate franchise partner page. This was specifically optimized for conversion and contains clearly defined process descriptions, benefit arguments, and a structured lead form. The structure supports both information dissemination and lead generation.

Technically, attention was paid to clean layout structures, responsive breakpoints, and performant media. The project demonstrates my strength in combining UX concepts, structural web design, and a scalable, maintenance-friendly site architecture.

From 2018 to 2020, I worked as a Freelance Frontend Developer for Apple, supporting the development of modern, scalable web interfaces. My focus was on component-based development, performance optimization, clean code architecture, and the implementation of demanding UX and design specifications in professional development processes.
