Independent trainer specializing in commerce, sales, negotiation, and office automation, I work with training organizations, CFAs, schools, training centers, integration structures, and companies.

I primarily assist learners in training programs related to professional titles, BTS, and certified pathways: Sales Unit Manager, Technical-Sales Negotiator, sales, customer relations, sales techniques, negotiation, professional posture, and exam preparation.

I also provide training in office automation and digital tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, computer basics, digital skills upgrade, creation of professional materials, and progressive support based on learner levels.

My approach is practical, caring, and field-oriented. I structure my sessions around role-playing, practical exercises, case studies, simulations, skills assessments, and individualized support. My goal is to make learners more autonomous, confident, and better prepared for their exams, certifications, or professional situations.

I am accustomed to working with diverse audiences with varied skill levels, both in-person and remotely. I can adapt to your frameworks, your training materials, your Qualiopi constraints, and your training objectives.

Available for one-time or ongoing missions, I work in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, anywhere in France as needed, as well as 100% remotely.
