Sales internship – Customer sales and advice

Internship as a sales advisor at Boulanger: customer reception and advice, sales of technical products (home appliances, high-tech), sales of associated services (insurance, extended warranties), as well as inventory management and shelf stocking. This experience allowed me to develop a real sense for customer contact and for rephrasing needs — a skill directly transferable to dialogue with a freelance client to fully understand their request before proposing a technical solution.

Event staffing – Weddings and conferences

Extra missions as a waiter for high-end events (weddings, professional conferences): table service, plating and arranging dishes, adhering to the pace set by the chef and the maître d'hôtel. These missions taught me to work under pressure with rigor, to adapt quickly to different teams at each event, and to maintain a high level of presentation even at a fast pace.

Kitchen hand internship in a restaurant

Internship at the Xiaolong Mian restaurant in Paris: versatility between the kitchen (preparation assistance) and the dining room (setting tables, greeting customers, taking orders). A formative experience in managing the pace in a restaurant and direct customer contact.
