DIGITAL COMMUNICATION:

Social Media:

- Launch and animation of "3DS Value Solutions" Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter accounts (3K Followers)

- Sourcing content from all internal/external contacts around the world.

- Development of a "Social Media Wall" during live events to increase visibility. Newsletters (B2B) / Emailing campaigns:

- In charge of WW Monthly Newsletters sent to 3DS VS Partners and colleagues in 6 different languages (+8K contacts) (French, English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish)

- Build the WW editorial line month after month and insure its replication in all countries.

- Implementation of A/B testing to insure the best engagement from our readers. (average of 35% open rate / 11% Click rate)

- Creation of different emailing campaigns supporting VS new initiatives.

CONTENT CREATION:

- Coordination of video shooting during events or for WW corporate message.

- Insure correct editorial & technical brief for agencies and speakers – Budget management

- Editing of all footages using FinalCut Pro/Adobe Premiere

- Coordination of WW localization (subtitles and necessary adjustments) WW Executive Quarterly Webcast:

- Schedule 6 live Webcast broadcasted each quarter in EMEAR, AMERICAS and ASIA (+2500 attendees/year) (4 simultaneous ASIAN calls for live translation in Japanese, Korean, Chinese and English)

- Control all technical aspects from invitation process to live audio/video and surveys.

- Review presentations' and invitations' design. Insure presentations' consistency.

WW SALES GAMIFICATION:

- Build a WW Game for VS Partners Sales Representative (+90K€ budget)

- Creation of all communication materials and processes (from announcement email to final registration)

- Complex game data management allowing us to send weekly individual performance update (1 email template = 400 customized emails with 6 different individual information and 3 different design)
