As part of its digital transformation strategy, EDF wishes to consolidate its data within a unified Group Data Platform (PDG) on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), in order to meet the growing needs of businesses in terms of data valorization and governance. The mission consists of designing and implementing a cloud-native, secure, and industrializable application foundation, enabling the hosting of use cases from various business entities.

Missions:

● Study of SCC (Security Command Center)

● Traceability of Deny access and other types of logs in the GCP console

● Study and implementation of code scanning tools on Gitlab EE (SonarQube, Kics, CheckMarx..)

● Automation of BigQuery and Cloud Storage data backups for Operations via cloud composer

● Partial restoration of BigQuery and Cloud Storage data backups for operations

● Dataform labeling

● Expose APIs with Ingress and load balancers managed by GKE

● Deployment of GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine) workers that consume messages from Pub/Sub, Kafka, or BigQuery

● Infrastructure deployment via Terraform

Cartier Joaillerie is a globally recognized luxury jewelry company. It has a digital team working on internal products distributed in squads. The squads develop web applications to meet the needs of jewelry manufacturing for various Cartier entities. To meet business analysis and application needs, a Data team of 5 people has been established around the GCP platform.

Missions:

● Data Architecture Optimization

● Implementation of Data use cases with DBT

● Setup of ingestion DAGs with Cloud Composer (Python, spark)

● Relational data modeling on BigQuery and exposure on Power BI

● Setup of the CI/CD chain with gitlab CI

● Infrastructure deployment with Terraform

● Export of Amplitude data to BigQuery with Dataflow

Bel is a French industrial company. In a context of growing environmental and social challenges, Bel is accelerating its transformation towards a model that respects planetary boundaries and strengthens its commitments to sustainability and inclusion; hence the launch of its new sustainable development program "Décibel Platform". Within a team of 5 people, my mission was to set up a Data Platform on GCP for the non-financial reporting management tool.

● Application containerization with Docker and Kubernetes (GKE)
