Data Science Engineer on assignment at Airbus. My mission is to collaborate with the Data Scientist / Data Analyst team to perform two types of tasks:

- Operational tasks, namely creating a Dashboard to address various projects. These have, for example, saved €3 million per month and reduced salary inequalities.

- Research-oriented tasks such as implementing OCR (Optical Character Recognition), an optimization algorithm, NLP (Natural Language Processing), data analysis to find the cause of a problem, etc. I also had the opportunity to implement an algorithm to find the best candidate for internal mobility. This tool uses text similarity as well as an LLM. To do this, I use various tools, including:

- Python, Pandas, Polars, Scikit-Learn, Pytorch, Hugging-Face, Streamlit, VLLM etc.

- Spotfire, a data visualization software.

- OpenShift and Docker for application deployment and automatic script execution.

- Databases like MySQL.

- Github (git) for collaborative work. Within Aqsone, I also participate in several aspects of the company:

- Participation in the Lab for research on various aspects of Data. In this context, we paid particular attention to the ethics of the chosen topics (ecology/health).

- Participation in the "Squad Method & Tools" aimed at defining the necessary tools for our work and then teaching other Data Scientists how to use them.

- Occasional participation in other Squads such as recruitment, communication, and company life animation.

Prediction of satellite signal degradation due to rain. Extraction of meteorological data (external API) and signal data (internal) separately, then merging the two datasets. Creation of Machine Learning / Deep Learning models and comparison with statistical models (ITU recommendations).

Use of Artificial Intelligence to create an application that detects emotions from video, voice, and text. For text: Use of Transformers with the ParlAI platform. For audio: Use of Pytorch. For image: Use of Pytorch. The application was developed with the Python Tkinter module.
